BITUSEAL T3 20KG - A dark brown bitumen emulsion that is a stable emulsion of brush-able consistency that dries to a black flexible layer, which is waterproof. SUBSTRATE PENETRATION: BituSeal T3 is in a concentrate form that should be diluted with 50% water and mixed thoroughly before application as a primer. Surface should be clean, free of grease, oil, dust or any loose material.

PRIMING: BituSeal T3 is intended to seal porosity, control dusting and improve the application of subsequent bituminous coating. Priming for:

• Masonry
• Concrete
• Thermal insulation
• Other porous surfaces

APPLICATIONS:

Apply primer with stiff bristle brush or spray working well into the surface. Protect fresh applied area from rain and dust. Under normal weather conditions 4-6 hours drying time is required.  Brush application minimum of 2 coats, allowing 6 hours drying time before each coat. BituSeal T3 may be applied on a damp surface for maximum strength, durability and flexibility, surface can be reinforced with a woven fiber glass membrane.
