Color Selection: You choose from a color chart or select a shade / code from an existing color catalog.
Computerized Analysis: The advanced computer software system detects the exact code & prepares colorants for the mixing tinting process.
Base Selection: The software determines what base will be required (ranging from pastel, accent & deep bases) depending on how dark or vibrant the final color needs to be.
Automated Tint Dispensing: A computerized machine injects highly concentrated colorants into the base container down to the exact milligram.
Gyroscopic Shaking: The can is sealed and placed into a high-speed mechanical shaker to smoothly integrate the pigments, guaranteeing color uniformity throughout the entire batch.
Labelling & Packaging: The machine prints out a sticker with the exact code specifications and branch location. Then it is sealed and packaged, ready to be collected or sent out to you.
